We price our software at $10/user per year. So if you have 100 employees bidding, it would cost you $1,000 for unlimited bids the entire year.
Our software is pattern-based, so nearly all shift types can be "programmed" into ShiftBid. We handle all rotating shifts, like 12-hour, 24-hour, Pitman shifts, DuPont Shifts, California Swing, Portland schedule, and 2-2-3 (and variations). We can also do fixed shifts (like 8-hour and 10-hour), split shifts, and on-call shifts. The software is extremely flexible, as you can build the bid based on your exact schedule pattern.
ShiftBID software can handle thousands of employees bidding simultaneously. For the sake of staying organized, we sometimes encourage management to have different setups (also called "installations") per location, depending on the circumstances.
